Here's a chance enjoy Indian Dance uniquely blended with an exercise routine. It does not matter if have not learnt dance before. The workout is designed in such a way that everyone can follow the workout and learn a different culture while exercising and enjoying pure movement! You get to learn different kinds of regional folk dances. Each session consists of 12 classes over three months. At the end of the session you will be making others dance to your tunes!
